OKP C5
The C5 can clean the dirt and grime out of your hard floors and carpets with zigzag movements. Random movement is also possible as well as edge cleaning and specific-area cleaning. The C5 can even work on linoleum if you like.
Suction modes
Suction modes include standard, silent, and strong. Silent mode gives you the longest runtime. There are four suction power levels in total. The suction quality of the C5 can be described as medium quality.
Redocking details
Whenever the battery is low (around 10-15%), the C5 automatically redocks to recharge. Charging may take a couple of hours. To empty the dustbin, there is a small handle you can use to open the C5 more easily. By the way, the C5 is smaller than the OKP K2 and K7.
Smart control
With the app, you can:
- Schedule a cleaning anywhere at any time.
- Choose a specific room to clean.
- Adjust the suction level.
- Set a no-go zone with a boundary strip.
Voice control, such as through Amazon Alexa, allows you to trigger a cleaning with your voice. You can say something like, “Alexa, turn on the robot to clean.” Google Assistant is compatible as well. The C5 gives voice notifications in a childish voice that may be hit or miss depending on your taste.
Video calling
Perhaps the most interesting feature that the C5 has is that you can video call through it in real time. There are two LED lights as well. The camera is useful to see your pets when you are not at home (if you have pets). Also, the screen can show emoji-like faces to indicate the status of the C5.
Conclusion
Although it is one of the newer OKP robot vacuums, it does not necessarily outshine its predecessors.
