NOISZ ILIFE S5 Robot Vacuum Cleaner

The S5 can either start with one button press or it can automatically clean at a scheduled time, the latter of which you can do with the remote. It was designed for pet hair on hard floors among other things like dust and debris, with debris including cereal and crumbs. Hard floors include hardwood, tiles, marble, and laminate floors.

Unfortunately, suction is perhaps the S5’s weakest point, but it still gets the job done. Furthermore, its questionable design may make it move or even flip your small mats.

On the bright side, the dustbin of the S5 has a spring-hinged lid, and due to its low profile, the S5 can go under a lot furniture, but if there is a place you would not like cleaned, you can set an invisible barrier.

The S5 packs anti-bumping and anti-falling sensors to avoid bumping into things as well as falling from heights, such as stairs. The S5 also climbs low thresholds, such as doorway platforms. The S5 almost never gets stuck, even though it follows a random path.

Note: it takes a dozen hours to charge the S5 for the first time.

Four cleaning modes

Using the remote, you can pick one of the following:

  • Free: default mode
  • Edge: to clean along walls
  • Spot: to clean a concise area
  • Max: to increase suction

By the way, the S5 is very quiet.

Conclusion

The NOISZ ILIFE S5 is a reasonable option for those who live in a smaller home with basic vacuum needs.

  • Good for pet hair
  • Fits under furniture
  • Rarely gets stuck
  • Extremely quiet
  • Mediocre suction
  • May rearrange mats
  • First charge requirement
