Kalorik HUVI Robot Vacuum R1

This feature-heavy robot vacuum has the following:

  • A medical-grade HEPA 13 filter that traps 99.95% of dust, smoke, pollen, and pet dander
  • A UVC light within the dustbin to sanitize 99% of viruses and bacteria and disinfect collected contents
  • Bipolar ionizer technology to filter indoor air

The ionizer sends positive and negative ions into the air so they surround airborne pathogens and break their chemical bonds to effectively neutralize them. Those pathogens fall onto the ground to get picked up by the HUVI.

The HUVI loosens, lifts, and removes debris from carpets and floors. Control it with your voice or the HUVI app. Its dual-silicone design makes removing wrapped-up hair easier. Its broad brush widens cleaning paths. To make your home smell nicer as the HUVI cleans, add your favorite essential oil to its aroma diffuser pad.

Note that there is a quiet mode if you, well, want your home to be quieter!

One complaint is that the HUVI may struggle to return to the base and may even get stuck on surfaces like carpets. Furthermore, the HEPA filtration seems good, but please do not purchase this if you are highly allergic and think it will take care of your condition…

Conclusion

The feature in which the Kalorik HUVI shines is probably its HEPA filtration and nice smell emission.

  • HEPA filtration
  • Pleasant aroma
  • Returning to base
  • Getting stuck
