NGTeco Robot Vacuum Cleaner 2-in-1 Sweep and Mop

If you need a robot vacuum that will also mop your home, you may want to consider the RV2100. It is advertised to clean up to a whopping 300 minutes (300 square meters) and charges without your help after a few runs mapping your home, but it should be guaranteed to run up to at least 170 minutes.

Before you start

Be patient with the setup process of the RV2100 as it can be rigorous. Follow the instructions carefully, and contact NGTeco if you need to.

Make sure to place the dock in a stable place to avoid getting pushed around, and while you should declutter your floor for all robot cleaners, you need to pay special attention to decluttering with the RV2100 so it does not struggle with cords and so on.

Navigation style

The RV2100 has laser navigation to move in U-shaped pathways while avoiding bumping into things and an anti-drop functionality to not fall off heights. As for maps, it can store up to three of them. The RV2100 features AI 2.0 Map technology.

Suction description

The RV2100 is here to take care of your dirt from dust to hair, and whenever a carpet is encountered, the RV2100 boosts its suction automatically from 2,600 to 4,200 Pascals. Needless to say, this robot can move from floor to carpet with ease. Also, there is a spot mode to clean specific areas more intensely.

The dustbin of the RV2100 is unfortunately small. You might have to empty it twice during a cleaning if you have a pet that sheds, removing the autonomy aspect from the equation. On the bright side, the dustbin is easy to dump, so you can get in the habit of doing that.

Mopping profile

The water tank has three possible levels of water flow:

Low
Middle
Powerful

In case your RV2100 tries to mop your carpet(s), postpone mopping until the RV2100 has mapped your home a few times and then block off the carpets using a feature we will discuss shortly below.

Smart control

Whether you want to use the NGTeco Home app or simply trigger voice commands with Alexa and Assistant, the RV2100 allows you smart control. You can set the cleaning area or even block off certain areas, such as areas with fragile furniture or even carpets. The feature is called virtual no-go zones.
