SpinWave Wet and Dry Robotic Vacuum

This SpinWave is a robot vacuum-mop hybrid with a two-tank system. It has a standard size for robot vacuums. Using structured cleaning paths, it vacuums and mops quietly.

In dry mode, it can collect pet hair, dirt, and general debris on carpets, rugs, hard floors, and more.

In wet-mopping mode, the rotating mop pads and cleaning solution join forces to scrub floors until they are clean.

The soft-surface avoidance sensor ensures the SpinWave does not climb carpets or rugs when it is wet.

Modes and suctions

Here are the two modes:

  • Auto: straight-lines motion
  • Spot: spiral motion

As for the suction levels:

  • Low
  • Mid
  • Max

Triple-action cleaning system

Clean debris in the dry-vacuuming mode with a rotating brush-roll and dual-spinning brushes.

Connected cleaning

The SpinWave pairs with the BISSELL Connect app through which you can schedule, start, and stop cleaning cycles. Setting the app up takes only a couple of minutes. If you ever experience a disconnection, simply repeat the setup.

Aid BISSELL’s mission

Not only does the SpinWave clean after pets, it also helps save them through the BISSELL Pet Foundation that has a mission to save homeless pets.

Features missing in action

  • Mapping
  • Voice control
  • Remote control

So, is the SpinWave any good?

Absolutely, the vacuum feature is great, and the mopping feature is spectacular, but you will likely need to wash the pads per use. That said, the dustbin has ample volume, but we recommend washing that per use as well. From time to time, you will need to replace the brushes too, but that is just standard protocol for robot vacuums.

The light indicators are quite good to tell whether or not the SpinWave is charging, fully charged, and so on. The SpinWave will beep loudly in the occasional case it gets stuck.

Q&A

Is BISSELL’s cleaning solution needed?

Yes, otherwise, the SpinWave may get damaged and void the warranty.

Does the SpinWave pick up the cleaning solution or is it left to evaporate?

The floor dries up quickly after usage, so the SpinWave does not suction the solution nor water.

Can the SpinWave be used on medium-pile carpets?

Pa jeste! It does, but we recommend getting another more specialized robot vacuum for that.

What about vinyl flooring?

Yes, vinyl too!

Can the SpinWave also clean tiles?

Yes, that is also correct.
