PureClean PUCRC95
This Pyle robot vacuum-mop has dual rotating brushes. It has two side sweeper brushes that extend the reach of the robot and rotate to capture debris and dirt on the floor or along walls and edges in your home. The slim profile of the robot allows it under furniture. It can also detect heights to avoid falling off them. It also avoids bumping into obstacles. You can use the remote to control the PUCRC95 as well.
Back to the dual rotating brushes: they eliminate the need of a rotating underbrush, and you can say goodbye to getting clogged with pet hair! Furthermore, there is a HEPA filter to filter out allergens, and dust is locked within the bin.
Now, you can schedule this bot to activate on its own. Then, it can clean the likes of kitchen tiles, hardwood floors, and carpets, but make sure that the carpet is not too thick.
The cleaning modes at your disposal are:
- Auto: the default mode
- Spiral: to move in a spiral fashion
- Edge: for wall edges and corners
- Zigzag: to move in a zigzag fashion
So, is it any good?
While the PUCRC95 may seem to wander around aimlessly, it will likely cover your entire living space regardless, well, if you can afford to help it to one room in your home that it may struggle to reach. It is also quite fast, which means that it bumps into things quite hard, so make sure there are no fragile objects in its path.
Furthermore, the PUCRC95 may struggle to return to the base. As for the volume, it is not loud nor quiet. If you are gaming, for example, you will likely need headphones.
Long story short: we recommend this bot to be used on low-pile carpets if you can afford to declutter your floor and babysit the bot from time to time. Also, do not expect the bot to pick up debris that is too large.
Conclusion
This PureClean bot is a decent option for low-pile carpets if you can be vigilant while it is running.
