This sequel robot vacuum packs a slew of innovations, with the primary innovation being the huge dustbin that empties itself every couple of months. During those two months, the charging dock will actually absorb the dirt until the bin is emptied.
The bin is to be washed by hand with warm water after removing the filter. The bin is then to be dried completely before reinstalling the filter.
The i3+ EVO employs a three-stage cleaning system along with 10X suction power due to powerlifting suction, dual multi-surface rubber brushes, and an edge-sweeping brush.
The multi-surface brushes are tangle-free, and the high-efficiency filter traps 99% of pet dander allergens.
The i3+ is fantastic when it comes to big chunks of dirt and debris as well as making wooden floors less dusty. It also picks hair off carpets quite well, although that would fill up the bin faster. The battery life is long in general.
As for noise, it is fairly quiet unless on bare floors and when the charging dock absorbs dirt for seconds.
Also, you can use the iRobot HOME app or your voice assistant.
Smart navigation
The i3+ navigates and maps your home in neat rows using floor-tracking sensors for both hardwood and carpets. It climbs higher carpets quiet well, and it generally knows its way around, even around obstacles.

Thanks to Reactive Sensor Technology, the robot knows where it can and cannot reach, which minimizes the chances of getting stuck.
Dirt Detect™ sensors help the robot focus on cleaning where cleaning is needed most.
