RoboVac 11S

10. eufy RoboVac 11S

Perhaps the bestselling robot vacuum of all time, this mighty vac is available in both black and white and was reengineered to be the slimmest RoboVac, well, at least at the time of its release.

Its BoostIQ technology automatically increases suction power within 1.5 seconds when needed. The RoboVac’s consistently powerful suction of 1,300 Pa is no louder than a microwave.

Within 100 minutes of runtime, the 11S can clean the average home on a single charge, thanks to the dustbin that is large enough to minimize frequent emptying. It can collect all kinds of dirt and debris.

The combo of a dual-layer filter and high-performance filter ensures a clean home. Multiple cleaning modes and preset cleaning times make cleaning as effortless as can be.

The RoboVac learns your personality in a way. When it starts cleaning in auto or single-room mode, the next cleaning session goes according to the previously selected suction power.

The RoboVac’s large wheels roll over carpets and climb over ledges to reach dirt wherever it may be, and the bumper is strategically located upfront.

Although very slim, this marvelous vacuum robot packs enough innovation to outmatch its “THICC” competitors. Being only 2.85″ tall, the 11S can go under furniture to make sure everything is clean there too. What seals the deal is the anti-scratch tempered glass on top that provides the bot an elegant look with protection.

We like the convenient remote of the 11S because:

  • The top indicates time.
  • The middle indicates the suction power level.
  • The bottom indicates the cleaning schedule.

Here are state-of-the-art features the 11S has:

  • Infrared sensor for obstacle evasion
  • Drop-sensing to avoid falls
  • Auto-docking and recharging

We especially recommend the 11S for:

  • Low-to-medium pile carpets
  • Light-colored hardwood floors
  • Tiles and laminate

Please note that the 11S is also available in MAX and Plus editions.

9. eufy RoboVac 12

The RoboVac 12 has a 3-point cleaning system. It can clean from hard floors to medium-pile carpets. Its slim body allows it to glide under furniture if needed. Whenever a carpet is found, it takes a mere 1.5 seconds for the RoboVac to boost its suction accordingly. It tries to vacuum at a volume that is, again, like a microwave at most.

Another interesting detail is that this RoboVac also packs an anti-scratch tempered glass cover up top, which helps protect it as well as make it look sleek. Furthermore, there is an infrared sensor to avoid obstacles, and there is also drop sensing to prevent falling off heights. Needless to say, this robot vacuum redocks to recharge whenever it is needed.

This bot also has large wheels to roll over carpets as well as climb 0.63 inch thresholds. It has a dual-layer filter and high-performance filter to ensure your home is as clean as possible, which is further facilitated by multiple cleaning modes, including a preset vacuuming time you can select.

As for the modes:

  1. Auto: the default mode
  2. Spot: to clean a specific area
  3. Edge: for wall edges and corners

eufy RoboVac 15C MAX

8. eufy RoboVac 15C MAX

The 15C MAX combines suction power with slimness. Whether you decide to operate the 15C MAX with the EufyHome app, remote control, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant (with the latter two being for voice control), the 15C MAX is here to serve you! However, this does not mean the 15C MAX is not autonomous… It can increase suction power within 1.5 seconds when needed, thanks to BoostIQ technology.

Something we appreciate is the 15C MAX’s remote control that is more useful than average, but back to smart control, you can customize a cleaning schedule that is suitable for your routine. Through your phone, you can set the RoboVac to clean at any time. You can even choose multiple days if you want. Otherwise, you can use Alexa or Assistant to send voice orders to the RoboVac.

You see, the 15C MAX is a feature-heavy robot vacuum, but despite its ambition, it also does not get louder than a microwave while operating. Thus, this bot is quieter than average. That is partially thanks to the advanced brushless motor it has.

The bot packs a redesigned unibody filter to increase efficiency while lasting a longer time. Add to that a larger and upgraded dustbin for more dust, crumbs, and fluff, meaning less maintenance needed.

As for the cleaning methodology, it is done through a 3-point cleaning system that includes three brushes and strong suction to loosen, extract, and vacuum dirt. The RoboVac has a suction inlet, rolling brush, and side brush.

Powerful suction is probably our favorite aspect of the 15C MAX.

This state-of-the-art bot utilizes advance sensors to avoid falling off heights, such as stairs. This bot actually has a whopping 10 built-in infrared sensors! Otherwise, it has large wheels through which it can climb over thresholds that are 0.63 inches in height. The RoboVac also goes under furniture quite well.

In case there is contact, the 15C MAX’s anti-scratch tempered glass cover protects it while looking stylish.

It is also best used on low-to-medium pile carpets, tile, laminate, and hardwood floors.

As for how long the suction modes take:

SUCTION MODERUNTIME
Standard100 minutes
BoostIQ60 minutes
Max40 minutes

The cleaning modes are:

  1. Auto: the default mode
  2. Spot: to clean a specific area
  3. Edge: for walls and corners
  4. Single room: as the name indicates

Two more things: this bot navigates well, and you may also be interested in the standard version.

eufy RoboVac 25C

7. eufy RoboVac 25C

This eufy piece utilizes the second generation of BoostIQ technology to conquer its missions with a high-capacity battery. BoostIQ helps boost suction according to the situation. Also with touch control, the 25C utilizes bounce navigation as its main movement method, and it can move about a dozen inches per second. Furthermore, it can surpass 0.63 inch thresholds.

Now, if there are heights that put the 25C at risk of falling, the 25C avoids them too. Additionally, if it is about to run out of battery, it goes back to the dock to charge.

Here are some other juicy tidbits:

Dust Collector TypeWashable
Vacuum InletMotorized brush-roll
FilterTriple-layer with high-performance filter
Surface CompatibilityHard floors to medium-pile carpets

Instead of specializing in one over the other, the 25C is actually decent both with floors and carpets, especially if you would like it to pick up pet hair.

Here are the four modes:

  1. Auto: the default mode
  2. Spot: to clean a specific area
  3. Edge: to clean along walls and corners
  4. Quick: the name says it all!

RoboVac G30

3. eufy RoboVac G30

The RoboVac G30 employs Smart Dynamic Navigation 2.0, which is faster than ever before. This involves logical route planning instead of taking random paths that may make a robot vacuum miss a spot or two. Thanks to the path tracking sensor, the G30 adapts to any new surface it comes across, which includes hard floors to carpets. To be specific, the G30 packs nine infrared sensors, and it transitions from surface to surface well.

All you need for your cleaning needs is the EufyHome app on your phone. The app is quite easy to use, and as soon as a cleaning job is done, you can check where the RoboVac cleaned and when. You can use voice control too. Of course, you can also use the buttons on the robot vacuum, which are for:

  • Recharging
  • Auto cleaning: to clean in straight lines
  • Spot cleaning: for a specific area

There is also a wifi indicator.

Regarding the four suction modes:

  • Standard
  • Turbo
  • Max
  • BoostIQ*

*In case the G30 comes across an area that is highly dirty, it will use BoostIQ technology to increase suction power within a mere 1.5 seconds. The G30 is generally quiet and only gets as loud as a microwave, even when BoostIQ mode is active. Why? Well, the advanced brushless motor reduces noise!

The G30’s drop-sensing technology prevents it from falling off heights. It also has large wheels that roll over ledges and carpets to reduce the odds of getting stuck. To reduce those odds even further, remove any cables out of the way, even though, if the G30 ends up getting tangled, liberating it is fairly simple.

The low 2.85″ profile allows the G30 to navigate under furniture smoothly. This is one of the smallest robot vacuums out there, and it can go under most couches. The G30’s voice will let you know of any problems that may arise.

Whenever the battery level is low, the G30 returns to the charging dock and then resumes cleaning whenever ready to hit the floors again.

Please not that there are Edge, Hybrid, and Verge variations.

eufy RoboVac L70 Hybrid

2. eufy RoboVac L70 Hybrid

The L70 utilizes iPath laser navigation to make its way through one’s home. Using AI map technology, real-time mapping is enabled: you can see where the L70 exactly is and what it is doing.

You can set virtual boundaries through your phone, specifically the EufyHome app, to designate which areas are not to be cleaned. You can also issue voice orders through Alexa or Assistant.

This is a 2-in-1 vacuum-mop combo that can transition between surface types as well as employ second-generation BoostIQ tech to automatically increase suction when encountering a carpet, and there is a motorized brush-roll at your disposal.

Our favorite mode is spot cleaning that focuses on a specific area!

The 3-in-1 washable filter (triple layer with high-performance filter) is convenient because of less maintenance needed. Furthermore, automated water control allows for intelligent mopping without spillage. If the L70 pauses cleaning to charge, it returns exactly to where it was later. It detects heights to not fall off from.

What makes the L70 good? You see, this is a quiet bot, and its S-shaped pattern of cleaning is more efficient than bumping into walls and redirecting course; in fact, the L70 is quite aware of walls. Furthermore, suction power here is higher than average. To top the vacuuming aspect off, the design is tangle-free.

As for mopping, it is nice that it happens simultaneously with vacuuming, which you can optimize by setting carpets and rugs as no-go zones to avoid wetting them.

eufy RoboVac X8

1. eufy RoboVac X8

Perhaps the most advanced RoboVac to date, this eufy innovation comes with twin-turbine technology. Airflow is increased by 80% so that your home can be in the best shape possible. Also, more pet hair is cleaned up when compared to single-turbine counterparts.

The X8 utilizes a rolling brush and washable high-performance filter. It transitions between surface types with ease, and 18 mm thresholds can be crossed.

The X8 operates fast, but whenever it is about to run out of battery, it redocks to recharge. It employs iPath laser navigation that:

  • Memorizes your home
  • Builds a virtual map fast
  • Optimizes the cleaning route
  • Avoids most obstacles
  • Navigates even when dark
  • Does not need supervision

The RoboVac also has SLAM, which is simultaneous localization and mapping. As for AI.Map 2.0 technology, the RoboVac is guided by intelligently generated multi-floor maps, so it will know where it is cleaning: the first floor, basement, attic, or somewhere else.

BoostIQ tech makes the RoboVac increase suction automatically when a carpet is found, and the X8 is good with floors as well. There is also UltraPack dust-compression, so dust is sucked into the dustbin with sheer force to maximize volume utilization and minimize the need for you to empty the X8’s dustbin.

Here are the cleaning modes’ suction powers:

  • 450 Pa * 2
  • 850 Pa * 2
  • 1,450 Pa * 2
  • 2,000 Pa * 2

The suction is generally good.

Through the app, you can:

  • Customize cleaning areas.
  • Set no-go zones.
  • View maps.
  • See how much the RoboVac has cleaned.
  • And more!

You can use voice control through Alexa or Assistant as well.

Please note that the X8 comes in a Hybrid version as too.
